Welcome to the back room. A place where horror, sci-fi and cult movies are stored, viewed and reviewed.

If your tastes extend to the esoteric, the horrific and the just plain odd then you've come to the right place. If, on the other hand, you want to read about the latest Michael Bay funded, mainstream Hollywood dreck then perhaps, for all our sakes, you'd better move along elsewhere....

What you wont find here are reviews of 'big' movies, nor will you find horrible Internet jargon buzzphrases like describing films as 'content - they're FILMS or MOVIES- not CONTENT- deal with it.

What you will find are reviews of strange and obscure films (and maybe the occasional book or comic review), primarily in the Horror and Sci-fi genres. Another thing I'm not going to do in these reviews is give a blow by blow, scene by scene plot synopsis, If you want the full story then all I can say to you is 'go watch the movie'.

Instead, I'll be splitting the reviews down into the following sections....

PLOT - As I said, it won't be a full synopsis, just a brief couple of sentences, just so we know what type of film we're talking about.

CLASSIC DIALOUGE-  Many of these movies have toecurlingly bad dialogue, Some have great dialouge- but it's all good fun, the best examples will be celebrated here.

BEST AND WORST PERFORMANCES  - Pretty self explanatory really.

SFX - is it practical or is it CGI ? Good or bad ?

SEX AND VIOLENCE - The two seem to go together hand in hand in these movies so,might as well deal with them together.

OVERALL RATING - My overall view of the film.

So, settle back, its going to be a strange, strange ride......
